Q: How do I get started?
A:Please email us info@workoutloft.com for registration. You will be scheduled for your first initial body composition analysis. We use the world's best technology for body composition analysis. The Inbody technology will look beyond the numbers on the scale and show you what your body is really made of.
The body composition machine measures following:
- Weight, Total Body Water
- Lean Body Mass, Dry Lean Mass, Body Fat Mass
- Skeletal Muscle Mass
- BMI, Percent Body Fat
- Segmental Lean Mass (right arm, left arm, trunk, right leg, left leg)
- Fat Control, LBM Control
- Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
- Impedance of Each Segments & Frequencies

Q: Why body composition?
A: Most people are used to stepping on a scale or having their BMI calculated at every visit to the gym, a doctor's office, or their home. Monitoring weight or BMI alone, while helpful, is at best a crude and imprecise way to assess their health. Q: What happens after the body fat analysis?
A: After body fat analysis we will determine the group you will fit in the most and our personal trainers will assign you to the group that fits you the best based on your gender, age and fitness level.

A: The customized nutrition program will be included based on your body composition by our nutritionist.

Q: Will the instructor yell at me at the Boot Camp in New York?
A: We do not yell. Our trainers will motivate you and encourage you to do your best, but not past the point of discomfort. You can take a break if you need to.We are not into yelling, we are into delivering you results.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to the bootcamp?
A: Water, a towel or exercise or mat, a positive attitude, and your registration forms.

Q: Is the Boot Camp in indoors or outdoors?
A: All classes are held outdoors in summer and fall. Most of our clients enjoy the fresh air boot camp training. If interest is shown we will do our classes indors as well.

Q: Where are the locations of the the boot camp?
A: Battery Park, Tribeca Hudson Park, Chelsea Piers and Central Park. We will determine the final location when you register.
