All I hated about big corporate gyms in New York City is not happening with me. They exploit trainers. They pay them poor. Bad service. Poor results. I am not going to build my life and business on something I do not believe in. I rather die.
I could not sleep at night knowing that I am taking advantage of someone.

Claudine Noelle won this weekend two 2nd place trophies at NPC San Diego and qualified for Nationals.
