How to motivate yourself to achieve your fitness goals

Announce to the world. No more excuses nor delays.
Announce to your friends, family and colleges on Facebook and twitter that you have a new fitness goal in mind and this time you are motivated to do it and make it happen. Your friends will keep you accountable and ask how it going. Most likely you won’t be able able to disappoint your family and friends in your New Year resolution. Nobody wants to look like loser.
Do not make same old promise as before. Do something new ,completely new to hit your fitness targets.
Many people do the same promise every year and never do anything extraordinary. Nothing new. Same old boring routine and same old failure in training. Do something completely new. Find positive people that will motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. Get away from boring franchise gyms and do something extraordinary. We all know that big franchise pizza shops have not a good pizza. You will have to go to a good italian family owned pizza restaurant to find a new amazing pizza. You know that greatness is not found within a big corporate gym but within people who care about your well being and results. Or you still think there is some profit in big chains training programs who do not care about your personality but the numbers only?
Find meaningful fitness goal. It is what’s inside that counts. Meaningful is in. Shallowness is out.
Do not say I just want to look hot and lose weight. Go deeper and find more meaningful goal that will keep you going all the way to the end. Focus on your health and feeling well and knowing that your health is more important goal you can have is the good start.
Motivate and reward yourself
Do not think that someone is out there that will do it for you. Be a tiger and know that you are alone and your success is your success and that nobody is to blame but you. Understand that if you succeed you will get the reward and in order to motivate yourself set goal. For example if I lose 30 lbs I will rewarf myself with trip to Europe this summer where I will enjoy my new body and enjoy the Italian beaches.
Talk about your fitness goals daily. Get away from old school fitness
We all encounter a lot of people daily. Talk to people about your goals and efforts. That way you do not hide in dark and you are more open and accountable to the whole world. Get away from old school principles and believes that clog your mindset and keep you fat.
Blog your food and what you eat. Get anti traditional. Get anti commercial diets.
Be accountable with foods you eat. Blog it and post picture either on blog, facebook or twitter. Make sure other people see it and support you in your goals. Otherwise you will be alone andget out of your passion for eating healthy. Make yourself responsible to the world and your friends. Most likely you will disappoint yourself and others. Get away from that commercial mindset that you are following big names diets. We all know they do not work. People get fatter and fatter. Do not allow yourself to end up being tricked into the same old commercial crap.
Write down stories about your training efforts and work with your personal trainers
In this world you are not alone. There are millions of people who have the same goal as you. They want to lose weight, shape up and tone up same as you do. Write down motivating stories about your training and your efforts with your trainer. Motivate others and others will motivate you to achieve results in fitness training.
Respect yourself and your efforts
Your hard work is to be respected. And if you do not, nobody will. Your work in the gym and eating healthy is precious. Understand that your change in your lifestyle long term will have positive effects on your health and others. As such , walk in respect to yourself and others. The whole universe is supporting you in your fitness goals. You are not alone. You will be surprised to know that you are an inspiration to many others who are trying to do the same. Do not disrespect your efforts. The world is with you.

Embrace fully your capacity to achieve, to think in different ways about your fitness, health and nutrition and to pursue the body that you have been wanting. Be flexible, open and willing to let the new come to you. Forget about the old fashioned ways.
What you have been doing in past was not fruitful. It is just not for you.
Sometimes we look for motivation. We look around. Looking is just an excuse not to start. The truth is you do not need to look what you have inside. You are born motivated. Stop looking. Start doing it.
It is the time for change. For new you. This change, this new You attitude can bring the the most joyous, prosperous, and creative moment of your life. And your body will follow that NEW direction.
Embrace change. Embrace New You. Embrace Life.

Face yourself first

Nobody know you better than you know yourself. The problem is that people do not want to face yourself, so they face someone else.
Your soul is suffering when you replace yourself with someone else.
Before you start to define others you will need to define yourself first. And that can be the most complicated challenge.
You always expressing yourself one way or another. Your expression is your possession.
If you don’t challenge yourself you will challenge someone else. Someone has to suffer.
You and someone else can not exist in your inner body. Someone has to win. When someone else win, you start to lose the body you once had.
The minute you lost your body, you lost inner self. Inner self can not exist within a lost body.
It is time to find your inner self.
On the road to perfection you will always make mistakes

Just because you never make mistakes does not mean that you are not the one. Many people live in perception that they are doing just fine, never make any mistakes.
But the truth is we are either a mistake or we are making mistakes.
I have a question for you: Is it better to be mistake or to make mistakes?
The answer is you achieve perfection by making mistakes. Nobody ever achieved perfection without making tons of mistakes.
Tiger Woods achieved perfection by making mistakes. Otherwise he would never learn. Don’t judge him. He is perfecting himself. But most of you are continuing to be mistakes.
That is the reason we should never judge people.
The truth is “mistakes” will always judge people who are making mistakes. Because deep inside every mistake knows that when you are making mistakes you are moving towards perfection. And that’s how the mistake becomes perfection.
And question for you is are you making mistakes or you are just being one big mistake?
