Vision and power in personal training

This is what the knowledge in personal training is all about. It is the vision man has for the client and his body. The inspiration is here to be seen for all. Our client William transformed his body with our customized training programs, focused on success of clients in personal training.
Everything else is just pure waste of time. Results matters and the people want to see the difference.
With us the difference is seen. Our clients prove it. Their body transformations are a true testimony. The vision we have for fitness is here. It is present. It is alive. The power in training. The results.
The best tip we can give is not to be limited with some certain exercise or the body movements seen by some trainers or the gyms.
That method is theirs and does not mean it will work for you.
Try athletic movements or train like athletes.
Find what sport you like and you can train like football or basketball player for example. Then you combine best worlds. Functional movements in fitness training designed especially for your favorite sport.
Start small, but make sure you like what you do. And do not limit yourself to try something new where the motion of the body will be not limited but freed through functional movements.
Try something new every time, it is fun and invent own spin on existing exercises. Do not try to copy some other people and do their way.
Try your own way. It does not need to be huge difference but something small your own way. Start small and develop in greatness and surely because it is you, you will like it.
And when we like it and it is fun we usually get it all the way through.
Than it is no more form of fitness but something we like and live. Yes, we can live with results in training.
Imagine you like to play basketball and now you train like basketball player in the gym to improve agility, speed and explosiveness. That explosiveness will translate into the game when you play it with your friends and you will feel the difference and love it.

Peak performance in training

Before personal trainers used to design training to achieve peak performance upon the own experience. In 21st century we use the latest high tech training methods to optimize training program for maximum performance based on adoption of science and not the level of the experience.
Training programs are not more based upon trial and error but upon the proven scientific research they are available to us today.
That is why we have some trainers in some gyms having notebook pads and measure the progress the client with the amounts of reps and weights applied and not upon the results achieved.
They measure something that they have no clue about and never achieve the results and optimum performance.
The performance is not predicted upon the notarizing of your reps but upon successful execution of training modules that are customized upon your body composition and training goal.
They do not take your individuality in equation where your uniqueness and your body type give another dimension to take in consideration.
Without taking in consideration your body composition and application of the right training component upon your body originality is never going to give results.
It will be just measuring of your reps and weights lifted without any improvement in your physical performance and physique. On the end you have to decide if you want someone to count your reps or to deliver results you deserve.

Failed to get fit in past?

Have you failed to get fit in the past? Most people blame their genetic and body shape for their state of fitness.
If you’ve been unsuccessful in the past, this has nothing to do with your body and genetic being fundamentally immune to the weight training and everything what has to do with your fitness training.
If exercise program has not worked for you, it has nothing to do with you. The fitness program was not customized and optimized according to your body type and body composition.
To be successful in your exercise program takes a combination of right training and nutrition program that is custom made and optimized for your fitness goal based upon your uniqueness and body composition.
Most people expect radical transformation just from going to the gym and have average training couple times a week especially if your diet is not designed to work for you.
Transforming your body is a whole science, it takes many factors in considerations like tempo, aerobic, catabolism, range of motion, application of proper training for lengthening muscles and not bulking them up for folks who are not looking to get bulky, but more fitter and model look.
It takes many components to produce the body you are willing to have. Training is a science and application of right training models upon uniqueness of the body always produces results.

Get lean definition and overcome winter cravings

Today in NYC we have snow and cold weather, days are shorter and all of those components influence our fight with fat cells. When temperatures drop, our body responds by releasing hormones to stimulate the appetite. Suddenly we feel more hungry. Natural mechanism that is embedded in our body urge us to eat more to generate heat and warm up. Thus we crave food. It is not fun!
In winter also we release less “feel good” hormone or “happy” hormone serotonin that negatively effects our mood and cravings for carbohydrates. Many people have New Year resolution going on but the fact is that all components work against us in winter months. In short we struggle to control our appetite in colder weather. Here are few tips from me that will get you lean definition and help you overcome winter blues.
Include protein in each meal
Do you know that it takes more energy to digest the protein than an equal calorie serving of fat and carbs and will keep your body heat mechanism working longer. Protein based meal trigger fullness and we have less often cravings for carbs.
Eat often but healthy
In order to avoid carb cravings eat often but healthy. If you get hungry, go ahead and eat, but stay healthy.
Add heat producing ingredients to your meals
Here in New York almost every food place has red-pepper flakes that we can spice our food with.
You can add chillies, black pepper and curcumin to your food and it has been shown that those ingredients will increase heat production warming you up in winter months and burn more calories. Spice up your meals and enjoy the extra heat that will add up to your effective strategy to keep you lean in cold months.
