Hanging straight leg lift 3 sets 20 reps – make it harder, control your legs  and slow the motion on the way down.

Mega slow bicycle crunches 3 sets 30 reps – practice full range of motion, do not rush, fat burning blast is in full range of motion

Zercher squat – make sure to keep your abs super tight 3 sets of 12 reps

Negative decline bench crunches 3 sets of 12  – go super slow  in motion on the way down. Keep your abs tight, lower back arched and chin up while your chest is up.
