How I got ripped. How to eat, train and transform

My age: 32 years old
I lost: 30 pounds of fat
My Body fat percentage before: 22%
My body Body fat percentage after transformation: 5%
I had a personal trainer before I came to Workout Loft for many years. I never looked the way I wanted. I trained. I dieted. I did everything wrong. My body always looked the same. Finally I decided to try Workout Loft training programs. My friend told me about those guys. My friend lost about 20 lbs of fat and never looked better.
What I did different this time:
They powered up my diet. I noticed the difference in the first week. My diet was completely different. I realized how little I knew about training and nutrition. I blamed always my bad genetics.
They designed for me cutting edge training system. I never knew about those new training techniques and moves. My body did respond in after 3 weeks. I knew something big is going to happen with my body. I could just feel it.
I got from my new personal trainers 10 new easy rules about my diet I have to follow. It was easy. I needed to know how my body responds to carbs. And what carbs are good and bad for me.

I thought I just had a bad genetics and I have to live with it. You guys made me realize what I am capable of. I tried other personal trainers. You to can have the body of a fitness model when all you need is the right program and the right personal trainer who will give you 100%.
