Fitness Mango Salad

Everybody needs something sweet from time to time. Here is the perfect fitness salad for you. We all love sweet refreshing desserts. Let’s have one.
Ingredients:
* 2 mangoes
* 2 pink grapefruits
* 2 kiwis
* 2 tablespoons grated coconut
* 1 large orange
* 2 tablespoons honey
* A little fresh lemon zest
Preparation:
1. Peel the mangoes and cut them into finger-thick stripes
2. Peel grapefruit. Remove white skin as well.
3. Cut grapefruit into slices. Save dripping juice into a bowl. Peel kiwis and cut into thin slices.
4. Put shredded coconut in a nonstick pan without oil until golden brown. Remove from stove and let it cool.
5. Cut orange in half and squeeze juice. Mix orange juice with grapefruit juice and honey.
6. Mix Grapefruit slices, mango slices, and kiwi slices into a bowl. Cover it with marinade (from grapefruit, orange juices and honey). Cover the fitness salad with toasted coconut and lemon zest leaves.
You can serve this salad with yogurt or cottage cheese.

Laugh at life

The problem is created when you take things seriously. Things are not more important than your well being. When you look at things with lightness, you will see no problems. The light will overshadow the darkness. Instead to look things in the darkness, be a light to the darkness.
Many times people take life seriously. They try to control things, to force things and do things their own way. They end up in disaster because they are so stuborn.
Look at the nature around us. It evolves. It moves. Earth is moving too… Some things in life you can not control. Why would you stress out about something that you can not control.
Laugh at it. Because if you do not laugh, the life will laugh at you.
Never ever take life seriously, because life is not serious. Life is playful. Play with life because on the end life will kill you anyway.
10 tips for healthy eating

1. Never skip breakfast
2. Eat veggies more
3. Snack on fruits and not on processed foods
4. Eat more fish
5. Eliminate saturated fats from your diet
6. Avoid sugar
7. Eat less salt.
8. Drink water and teas. Avoid all soda.

What burns more fat? High intensity or low intensity exercise?

High intensity exercise will bring your metabolism to the max levels.
Your metabolism will be elevated, you will be burning more calories. Your metabolism will stay elevated for hours after you stop exercising.
High-intensity training will add more muscle to your body, because of the intensity of training. Also high-intensity exercise promotes a greater release of human growth hormone, which helps the body lose fat and gain lean muscle.
Your muscles will burns more calories at rest, so with more muscle on your body you become a more effective calorie-burning machine, 24 hours a day.
High intensity exercise will suppress your appetite while moderate level training may stimulate it.
High intensity training has been reported to trigger hormones that reduce appetite.
The best way to burn fat is to train with high intensity exercises. Why would you waste your time on pilates, yoga and other uneffective training methods?
Now you know all the facts. What are you waiting for? Go to the gym and train hard. Make sure you have a workout partner or trainer to push you. You will enjoy the results of it.
Diet mafia wants to trick you with their ineffective low calorie diets and weight loss products

Diet mafia know that you are desperate to lose weight. They want your money. They want to trick you this year into buying their miracle weight loss products. Their passion is money not your weight loss. Do you think they care about you? They exploited many celebrities with weight loss products and now they want get you.
Last night I was watching a famous TV show and they were talking about diets. They wanted to “help you” to lose weight but their hidden motivation is to sell you diet products. In other words TV host was pushing weight loss products of this company.
The guy who was selling his products was a doctor and he said calorie is calorie. It really does not matter if you eat pizza or some other healthy meal. It is the same. Just reduce calories and you will lose weight.
Same people who promoted last year diets and weight loss pills are promoting this year same old repackaged products and diets. But with a new twist.
Here are few tips for you:
- Don’t let TV show hosts tell you what to eat. They are paid to tell you lies and promote products.
- Every segment on TV show is financed by some diet product. They will tell you a story that benefits them but not you.
- TV show hosts have no clue about diets. They are paid to promote products and trick you into buying products. That’s their job.
- Don’t be surprised if you see some doctors on TV telling you stories about diets. Even doctors and celebrities are involved into diet scams. They are diet mafia. They only want your money.
- Same marketing people who told you few years ago to buy stocks and houses are now marketing diet products. They switched the field. Be careful.
The truth is:
Low calories diets are not working. On TV they are telling you lies. Calorie counting is the biggest mistake you can make while dieting.
Your metabolism will be killed and when you start eating again you will gain back all water and muscle weight you lost plus you will gain 20 additional pounds.
Only way to lose weight is to increase your metabolism. You will increase your metabolism when you add few pounds of lean muscle with exercise. Plus you will have to focus on quality of your foods not on quantity.

If their diets products would have been working last year, why those products would not be sold anymore on the market. They come with something new every year. New diet technology. New diet book. New weight loss pill. Our body is not computer to adapt to that new weight loss technology. Our body is still the same for thousands of years. It is only one way to lose weights.
