My client Lindsay inspired many girls to start competing. Lindsay transformed her body from average girl to figure champion. She is a motivation and an inspiration to many of my clients. She is my hero and I will never forget what a dreamer she is.
Every time I see her photo I get moved by the drive and energy this girl has.

Workout Loft team from New York dominates the Fitness America Weekend this year in Las Vegas.
Our team from New York won two world championhip titles:
Claudine Noelle won in a category Fitness Figure Classics.
Marie Manon won in a bodybuilding division.
Workout Loft team is led by 2 personal trainers:
Alejandro Quiroga (2008 World Universe Champion) and Joe DiAngelo.
We repeated a success from last year at Musclemania World Universe Weekend.
We have competed within 600 of the world’s best natural athletes in Fitness Figure and Bodybuilding Divisions. Magazine and television media covered the event with over 30 photographers and video crews shooting the action all weekend. With competitors representing over 80 countries, this was the great World Championships of Natural Fitness!
We want to thank God for wisdom, ability and strength. We are deeply humbled and honored. Without God we would not be able to pull this off.
Fitness America Weekend

The winning team Workout Loft New York is going to compete at Fitness America Weekend in Las Vegas November 20-21, 2009.
The Fitness America Weekend has arrived and nearly 600 of the world’s best natural athletes will compete in the Fitness, Ms. Bikini, Figure, Model and Musclemania Divisions. Magazine and television media will be thick with over 30 photographers and video crews shooting the action all weekend.
We have 3 competitors this year in Bodybuilding and Fitness Figure divion. We are going to bring some champions titles home to New York as we did in past. We are competing not just on national level. We are going to crash it at the world level. Stay tuned.

We and our bodies. Explaining who we are
Nov 13th
We all live in this body. But what is the body? Our body is a bridge between death and life. You come here to this planet in this body, you stay here and leave.
Once you are in this world make sure you keep your bridge healthy. That bridge endures a lot of tribulations through lifetime. Some people break easy, and the bridge is broken easy and some people never give up no matter what.
But who we are? We are the soul within the body.
Your soul lives within your body. And it is a touching point between reality and infinity.
The state of your soul will emit and imprint onto your body.
Remember that the shine of your heart will emit you from inside out.
The human spirit can endure a sick body, but who can bear a crushed spirit?
Keep your spirit up and your body healthy.
Live long and live strong.
