Whitney transformed her body for upcoming wedding

Whitney is getting married this weekend and she wanted to get into a great shape for her wedding. She had very limited time. And she did it. She reduced her body fat from 33% to 15%. She had to go to fitting several times because her wedding dress got so big.

Workout Loft team wins at Fitness New York Championships


Our personal trainer Claudine Noelle won 4th place at Musclemania New York Championships (held October 24th, 2009 in Brooklyn, New York) in category fitness figure.

Congratulations to Claudine Noelle. She proved once again that with training and nutrition, everything is possible.

Diet secret: WHAT THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO KNOW

I often get asked from people the same question over and over: How many pounds can I lose in a week when I get on a diet? My answer to them: You will lose 7 days.

Many people follow crazy diets because someone told them to do so. They hope they will lose weight, but the fact they will lose time and money, not the belly.

You can not get on a diet without knowing:
- How your body metabolize the food?
- How your body burn fat? The famous Yo Yo Effect.
- Why is your metabolism slow and not burning fat as it used to?
- Why calorie counting does not matter?
- How food manufacturers try to trick you and sell you 100 calories snacks
- How Processed foods affect your body and metabolism?
- What preservatives and food additives do to your body?
- Why skipping meals will make you fat?
- Why do you need to eat fiber and how fiber affects fat loss?

You can not start diet without knowing the basic facts. It is like you want to drive a car and you do not know the basics of driving and road signs.

Do not get lost.
When you get on crazy diets you will lose days not pounds.
When you have no clue what to eat, everybody will try to exploit you and sell you some sort of diet products. They will make your wallet thin not your belly.

That’s why some people do not enjoy working out. Because they do not see results. You can not workout without a proper nutrition program. It is like you are trying to do swimming in a pool without water. For sure you will not enjoy it.
Let nobody tell you to swim in a pool without water. Also some people are highly educated on a wrong thing and they pretend to know what they are doing. But the fact is they have no clue what they are doing. You will recognize them when they try to sell you some diets or products and they will not be able to explain you basics facts about nutrition.

Some people show hell a lot on outside but that’s a cover up. They lack substance inside. They can not cover their emptiness with their charm.

75-90% of the people who lose weight on a diet regain the pounds after their diet ends.And 95% of people who lose 40 pounds or more were the most likely to regain it back.

You can see his real character. Sports reveal our character. Character is what we are made of. You can not fake it.
People use charm when they want to get something out of you. They are trying to charm you. Charming is for con artist. Character is what is inside of you.

The biggest mistake you will ever made: Calorie counting

Are you counting your calories? Many people are telling you to track every single calorie you eat. Right? I never tell my clients how many calories are supposed to eat.
Calorie counting is the biggest mistake you will ever do when dieting. They want to let you believe that eating burgers and fries (700 calories) is the same as eating equal amount of chicken and veggies (700 calories).
Every time you focus on quantity and not the quality, you will make the big mistake in dieting. Forget about calories. Eat quality. That is what counts. Your body is not ATM machine to know how many calories you did put in.
Beware of a half truth, you may be getting the wrong half.

Low calories diets will let your body crash like Dow Jones and turn you into a bear. In a bear market you do not need to look like one.

This is what is going to happen if you eat low calorie diet:
Your body will lose muscle not fat. More muscle you lose, slower your metabolism will be. Than when you start eating normally again, you will gain all weight back plus 20 lbs.
