I finally saw a movie Across the Universe. It is a great movie. My client Dana Fuchs is looking and singing great.
As one of the stars of the new Julie Taymor film, Dana Fuchs is mesmerizing in the role of Sadie. Her phenomenal voice can be heard throughout the film, performing iconic Beatles tunes from Oh, Darling and Dear Prudence to Why Don’t We Do It In The Road? and Don’t Let Me Down. Perhaps her most exceptional performance, set against the backdrop of the film’s pivotal moment, is the poignant Helter Skelter.
I am glad to see that soundtrack Across the Universe is #5 bestseller on iTunes.

My client Dana Fuchs will be today on Oprah show. (second from the left on the photo). I was training her for the new movie Across the Universe. It is openning this weekend, go check it out.
Change your mind and get in shape!

The first step toward getting in shape is to decide that you’re not going to stay where you are.
You’re a product of your environment. So choose an environment that will best develop you toward your fitness goals.
Analyze your life in terms of your environment. Are the things around you helping you toward your success or are they holding you back?
Your world today is a living expression of how you are using and have used your mind. It’s something that you can change at any time.
You don’t have to remain a captive of your environment. Don’t say “If I could change, I would change,” say “I can change, and I will change.”
I will give you three step to change and turn your body around:
Step 1: Decide that you want to change and get in shape.
Step 2: Make no excuses.
Step 3: Take an immediate action.
If you want to lose weight, you need to decide that you want to change. Make no excuses, nobody is to blame but you. And take an immediate action. Start eating healthy and get to the gym now.
