The Ultimate New York Body Makeover: Spring 2006
Jul 10th

This is one of the hottest body makeovers I did until now. My client Mike wanted to get in a great shape for this summer 2006. He is 38 years old. He wanted to enjoy the beach this summer with his wife and kids.
Before he came to me, he was at 27% body fat and now 12 weeks later he is at 8%. Look at his abs and you will see what I am talking about. It took us 12 weeks to achieve this polished look.
Mike all I can say is that you did a great job. Congratulations and you will be inspiration for many New Yorkers and people all over the USA and the world.
Fitness insanity

Insanity is hearing the truth what you need to do, but refusing to do changes.
Insanity is a person that want something different to happen, but won’t do anything different.
Insanity is a person that want different results, but keep doing the same thing.
How many people today want to lose weight, but they keep eating the same things.
Many people know that they have to lose weight and exercise but they are refusing to do any changes. They are in denial.
Denial is a psychological defense mechanism in which a person faced with a fact that is uncomfortable or painful to accept rejects it instead, insisting that it is not true despite what may be overwhelming evidence. The subject may deny the reality of the unpleasant fact altogether (simple denial), admit the fact but deny its seriousness (minimisation) or admit both the fact and seriousness but deny responsibility (transference).
Why is denial so dangerous? What you do not know or trying to reject to do can kill you in a long run.
Make a decision today to start eating healthy and start some sort of sport activity. It could save your life.
